The Axiom Dreamer Design Size 1.5 is a mobility stroller with mid-range carrying capacity.  It is designed to carry children and young adults up to 100 lbs.  The standard fixed wheel is suitable for rough surfaces or jogging, but the swivel wheel kit (sold separately) allows for great maneuverability in crowded malls or on sidewalks.  The swivel wheels are also useful for getting around obstacles when the stroller is used as an indoor mobility aid.
